Terms and Conditions
- All Products shipped FOB Falmouth, MA.
- Back orders: any product not in stock with original order will be shipped as soon as possible and invoiced separately.
- Claim policy: any breakage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment in order to expedite a credit memo.
- Credit Policy and Payment Terms: Prepay first order to speed processing, next order net 30 days with approved credit. Visa, Mastercard, Amex credit cards accepted.
Re: Orders with outstanding balances beyond 30 days will be held until old balance is recieved.
